Fave manics gigs

With the O2 gig nearly here i've been thinking about all the other times i've seen the manics and by far my fave gigs/era was the 3 nights at the Astoria in Dec 1994. I was 24, single, happy and loving the noise and energy of my favorite band as a 4 piece. I'd love to hear opinions/stories from you lovely folk on your best manic gigs and is there anyone out there that did the Astoria too or am i just the oldest git on here?!

Obviously not the oldest git, I could be your way older sister!! I have'nt a favourite as I can't really remember much about them after the gig so I can just think of fave moments but not remember when or where it was!

I guess your first time is always the best (TIMT tour) but seeing them on the JFPL tour was something very very special.

I've only seen them twice - once at iTunes and then at the acoustic session at Nation Radio - and they were both amazing for very different reasons.

Haven't got a lot to choose from but I'll always remember Wolverhampton this year. I just remember the band seemed so happy to be there, it was just fantastic.

James solo gig at Stoke was my best I think, is that when he mounted the speaker to No Surface or Feeling

Cambridge on the PPF tour made me fall in love with them again. and the millennium gig was special, maybe more because of the night than the actual performance.
