Couple of questions

1. There was a remix which as far as I can tell wasnt released anywhere apart from in Germany - does anyone know where I can hear this?

2. On the reissue single of Motorcycle Emptiness is an acoustic Little Baby Nothing - does anyone know where/when this was recorded?

AFAIK, the Forever Delayed mix has never been officially released, it's only available on some promos (see here). The closest thing to an official release is the live version (from this performance) included on the 2009 Japanese re-issue of Send Away the Tigers, which features the same strings at the beginning.
