Very lovely.
Lyrics: Like the mountain stream carving its way to the sea Like the root deep underground made up of you and me Through the shadows of the night Flickers written of the forgotten light It will take more than a grave to bury you It will take more than death for us to forget you It will take more than a grave to bury you Like candles burning alone Their voices are what brings us home What sweet songs spilled themselves upon our tongues Back to when our world was still so young What memories mesmerised Our fading eyes and the cardboard skies It will take more than a grave to bury you It will take more than death for us to forget you It will take more than a grave to bury you Like candles burning alone Their voices are what guides us home It will take more than death for us to forget you Like candles burning alone Their voices are what brings us home It will take more than a grave to bury you

Nice. The music is slightly boring though.

Is that Sean on trumpet?

Yeah - but ain't it a funeral song of sorts?
Kind of mourning lost lives whilst celebrating them too. I rake the music as being sombre and the words as being more defiant |

I listened again through decent stereo and i take it back. It was beautiful.

They could turn this into a track for the B-side to 30 Year War, if they release it!
I'm sure some guitars would add to it as a Manics song - then it would be one I my favs of this album/era |

That's really mellow. James's lyrics are getting better all the time (AFALC being a great example). It's like a different strand of manicness if that makes any sense
