Promo CD cover?
In his Quietus write up, Simon Price makes reference to a utilitarian sounding "cement-grey sleeve" for the promo CD - can anyone dig out an image of this? sounds like it'd suit the album better than the actual artwork, which I'm not particularly fond of.
