HOLY SHIT!!!! Ok .. I mentioned in the Chicago post that I might be freaking out if this were in any way real ... NOW I'm freaking out hahaha.

The Sinclair is an amazing venue - tiny and right in Harvard Square .. this will be an EPIC show. The fact that they are (it seems) bringing the Holy Bible ( the Chicago metro is touting this as the "Holy Bible Tour") to the USA with all the emotional attachment that goes with the album anyway, can only mean these gigs will be just amazing. I'm really excited (obvious statement of the week? haha)

Omg, this is the best thing ever! I was so sad about not being able to go to the UK dates because I moved to the US last summer. But this turned out just perfectly for me. And it's pretty close to my city.

@ooberfan : Do you maybe wanna meet up there at the concert? I don't know anyone here who is a Manics fan.

This is the situation my husband and I find ourselves in. We're going to the Cardiff Castle gig because we assumed they'd never come back to the US, making a big trip out of it while we're spending the money on airfare to fly over there, using up all our babysitting good-will by leaving our son with my parents for the week....

And then this, and now we don't know if we'll be able to catch a US show because money and babysitting resources are all being used towards our Cardiff trip!!! Damn you, Manics! *shakes fist in the direction of Wales*

HunkyDory: yeah absolutely!! That would be tons of fun. Whereabouts are you in the US? There's also a group on Facebook ("American manic street preacher fans") ... There's some good people on there that are talking about meet ups etc for the gigs which would be awesome. I think that will make these shows that much more fantastic.. Getting together with other fans and just lapping up the gigs etc

A presale has gone up on ticketmaster for the Boston show. Its live now but requires a password. Given there's no announcements or anything formal declared, has anyone seen what the password would be? I haven't had any emails or similar so far ..
